well gee dad, that’s a tough one… i just don’t know.
Dinnerrrrr Sauteed kale with baby bella mushrooms, avocado with sriracha, tabouli salad, and cherries :)
Refreshing salad-wrap and spicy sriracha baked tofu bites
- 1 wrap (of your preference)
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 sliced kiwi
- 2 tbs non fat greek yogurt
- lemon grass to taste
- 1 cup spring mix
- tbs walnuts
- pomegranate vinaigrette dressing
(avocado or mango would have been great too)
baked tofu bites:
- extra firm tofu (diced)
- marinated in sriracha, tsp chili powder, garlic and onion powder to taste
freaking awesome lunch, especially how the spicy and cool contrast mmmmm
so i made this for lunch today and it was uh-mazing.
portobello mushroom sandwich
sauteed a portobello mushroom in a little bit of olive oil, with fresh garlic, fresh basil and oregano from the herb garden, a little bit of balsamic vinegar, some onion powder, a little bit of vegetable broth, pepper and celtic sea salt
topped with field greens, red onion, tomato, and of course sriracha
“i shouldn’t have to clean this pan since i don’t take part in meat rituals!” i said to my mother whilst washing the dishes.
